Alwoodley Repair Café
Next event:
17th May. 1pm – 3:30pm
Room 17 @ Allerton CE Primary
Fix it, don’t ditch it, with neighbours who can help!
Alwoodley Repair CafĂ© is a friendly place where people fix things together instead of throwing them away. Volunteer fixers from our community will repair your broken items and help you learn how to fix things in the process.Â
Alwoodley 2030 has launched the Alwoodley Repair CafĂ© as part of the wider Leeds Repair CafĂ© Network! We’ll be at Room 17 @Allerton CE Primary on the third Sunday of the month.
This month we’ll be one of many activities at the Walking With Wildlife Community Fayre!
Bring broken items to repair, saving money and reducing waste.Â
Due to our insurance, there are some items we can NOT fix, these include:
Tumble dryers, washing machines, freezers, fridge-freezer combos, cookers, stoves, ranges, cooker and oven, air fryers, dishwashers, water coolers, air conditioners, microwaves, ice makers, water heaters, fan heaters, pressure cookersÂ
❤ Volunteers needed
Are you good at fixing things? This is an all volunteer run initiative, part of the Leeds Repair Cafe Network. If you’d like to help out as a fixer, host or admin support, please register your interest in volunteering. Â
